I'm currently struggling with the same sort of issues, although I have too much debt to pay off to cut down drastically. I reduced my cell phone bill, moved downtown to be closer to work, and I am freaking FRUGAL when it comes to heating the house. Which is kinda sucky. But oh well. Ah, some good tips here.
